Giulia Nardelli

Giulia Nardelli, PhD, is Assistant Professor at the Department of Management Engineering, Technical University of Denmark. She holds a PhD in Innovation Management in Services. In close collaboration with industry, she is currently researching the implementation of processes involved in, e.g., innovation, business development and organisational change Together with her research group, she studies what companies can do to implement new work practices, technologies, organizational and strategic changes in their continuous effort to develop production performance and employee well-being.
